Nomadic Gardens

Londonewcastle and Brent council have teamed up to bring Queen’s Park the Nomadic Gardens. Located where the old Keniston Press Building once stood, the garden is open to the South Kilburn community to get involved and take under their wing. Although the space is important for biodiversity, it is also an important space for the social and cultural diversity of the community. The Garden has a bee house, butterfly house and there are grow boxes for residents to get involved and grow their own fruit and veg. Queen’s Park’s Nomadic Garden offers a ‘third space’ alongside work and home, for the local community to enjoy.

The Nomadic Garden will be running for the duration of the pre-construction stage of the Queen’s Park/Cullen House redevelopment project and is open from Tuesday-Sunday, 9am-7pm.
