WHEN WILL THE DEVELOPMENT BE COMPLETED?
Completion is estimated to be in Spring 2016.
Affordable homes will be located in part of Block C of the development and will be operated by London & Quadrant.
The development has been designed to be ‘tenure blind’, i.e. the external appearance and quality of the building is the same across the whole of the development and the private residential management team will work closely with London & Quadrant’s on-site caretaker to ensure the smooth running of the overall estate for the benefit of all residents.
PRIVATE RESIDENT’S ENTRANCE & LOBBY AREA
The principle private resident’s entrance is via the double-height entrance lobby located to the front of the development on Salusbury Road. This provides access to the separate post room and through access to the rest of the development via the 24/7 manned concierge desk.
Direct lift and stair access to each building floor is also provided directly from the basement car park.
There will a dedicated concierge desk located in the main private residential entrance lobby in the ground floor of Block A off Salusbury Road.
The concierge desk will be manned 24/7 and 365 days a year by two uniformed members of the team at all times. The team are available to assist resident’s, manage the development and provide access to a wide range of added value services from dry cleaning to housekeeping.
Residential management will be provided by James Andrew Residential who manage residential developments throughout central London.
The development has been designed to “Secured by Design” standards. Measures include;

HOW MANY LIFTS ARE IN THE DEVELOPMENT?
There are 4 lifts in throughout the development - one in each building core, each serving all floors including the basement car & cycle park.
IS THERE ANY OUTDOOR SPACE PROVIDED?
here will be two large landscaped communal courtyard gardens at ground floor between Blocks A and B and Blocks B and C, respectively. The gardens face south and are sheltered by the surrounding buildings within the development. Further privacy is provided by perimeter hedging and trees along the Albert Road frontage.
